TRADITIONAL MUD OVEN/ GRILL
At The End Of The World Resort South Seas Restaurant & TIKI Bar we do a lot of cooking over a traditional mud oven / grill using assorted seasoned fruit hardwoods that we flame or coal cook. Kindly allow at least 60 minutes in order to prepare dishes using this traditional cooking method.

FRESH SNAPPER OR GROUPER
Wok seared and simmered in a spicy chili pepper sauce.
WOOD GRILLED SKEWERED SHRIMP
Pink shrimp with fresh vegetables. Brushed with our special marinate sauce and grilled to perfection on fruit hardwood charcoal.
BEER STEAMED SHRIMP
1lb or 1/2lb of fresh pink shrimp delicately steamed with spices and iced. Served with cocktail & soy sauce
BROILED FRESH GUANAJA LOBSTER TAIL
Locally caught lobster tail laced with a delicate Honduran vanilla bean and drawn butter sauce.
THAI STYLE CRISPY LOBSTER
Pieces of lobster dipped in a Thai tempura batter and deep fried. Served with a honey mustard sauce.
ISLAND SEAFOOD PLATTER
A wonderfully tasty combination of locally caught seafood. Lobster, Caribbean King Crab, Snapper/Grouper and assorted vegetables. Steamed and sautéed and Served on a large platter. Come with assorted dipping sauces hot to very mild.
FRESH CONCH CEVICHE
Locally caught Queen Pink Conch. Diced and mixed with sweet peppers, hot peppers, onion, tomato, Black pepper and cooked in fresh squeezed Lime juice.

ISLAND RASIED PORK
Pork chop cut from locally raised mango fed pork. Marinated with house special sauces. Slowly barbecued over fruit wood fires in a traditional mud stove
BEEF COPANECO
Satay style skewered beef chunks glazed with a mushroom & bourbon sauce and grilled over glowing red hard wood coals
CHORIZO OLANCHANO
Traditional Handmade skin cased chorizo sausage. Slowly rack cooked over glowing hardwood coals.
CHICKEN / POLLO
ON-THE-BEACH FRIED CHICKEN
Delicious honey dipped fried chicken. A deep fried house favorite. Served with Old Bay Fries.
GRILLED CHICKEN
Meticulously prepared, seasoned and marinated in a Mojo & sour orange sauce. Racked and slowly crispy cooked to perfection.
GREEN SALAD
Tossed lettuce and mixed vegetables. Served with assorted dressings
BREADFRUIT / MAZAPAN FRENCH FRIES
A delicious alternative from potato based French fries. Firm texture and a light snack. Eat like a typical French fry. Severed with sea salt.
TIKI BAR PIZZA
Made from scratch pizza dough and sauce. Comes with Basil, oregano, onion, mozzarella cheese and olive oil.
